What we transport

ADR classes in our tankers

Our ADR tankers are designed for liquid dangerous goods (typically classes 3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8, 9). We hold licences for all classes except class 7 (radioactive substances) – for transport in other forms (solids, gases, explosives) we arrange a specialised partner.

Class 1

Explosive substances and articles

Explosives, pyrotechnic substances and explosive articles with the corresponding classification code.

Class 2

Gases

Compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases – flammable, non-flammable and toxic.

Class 3

Flammable liquids

Petrol, diesel, solvents, alcohols and other flammable liquids of all packing groups.

Class 4

Flammable solids

Subclasses 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 – self-igniting substances and substances that release flammable gases on contact with water.

Class 5

Oxidising substances and peroxides

Subclasses 5.1 (oxidising substances) and 5.2 (organic peroxides) – combustion support and risk of decomposition.

Class 6

Toxic and infectious substances

Subclasses 6.1 (toxic substances) and 6.2 (infectious substances) with strict compliance with packaging regulations.

Class 8

Corrosive substances

Acids and hydroxides of all packing groups in tankers with resistant internal linings.

Class 9

Miscellaneous dangerous substances

Various dangerous substances and articles including lithium-ion batteries and asbestos.

Notice

Class 7 – we do not transport

Radioactive substances (class 7) are not part of our licence and we do not transport them. For this type of cargo we recommend a specialised carrier.

Our equipment

Certified ADR tankers

For the transport of liquid dangerous goods we operate a fleet of certified ADR tankers with orange hazard plates, Kemler codes and UN safety identifiers. Each tanker undergoes regular leak and pressure tests.

Internal linings are selected according to compatibility with the specific substance. Safety valves, electrostatic grounding and spill-response equipment are standard. All tankers are based at our depot in Čížkovice in the Litoměřice district, next to the D8 motorway.

From substance specification and UN code to delivery and complete documentation – all under the supervision of the safety adviser.

    You provide the exact substance specification, UN code, packing group and route. Non-binding.

  2. Compatibility

    We verify the suitability of our tankers for the given chemical – internal linings and technical classification.

  3. Documentation

    We issue the transport document under ADR – CMR, driver instructions, safety data sheet.

  4. Pickup

    The driver checks labelling, packaging, seals and document compliance with the cargo.

  5. Delivery

    Unloading at the recipient, handover of documentation and confirmation of dangerous cargo receipt.

Which ADR classes do you transport?

Autodoprava Řehák holds licences for all ADR classes except class 7 (radioactive materials). Most often we carry class 3 (flammable liquids), class 5.1 (oxidising substances), class 6.1 (toxic liquids) and class 8 (corrosive substances).

What is the capacity of your ADR tankers?

The certified ADR tankers of Autodoprava Řehák have a volume of 30–34 m³ and a net payload of 28–30 tonnes per combination. We choose the tanker material (stainless steel, aluminium or epoxy lining) according to the specification of the substance carried.

Who ensures the safety of ADR transport?

Safety of ADR transport at Autodoprava Řehák is overseen by our own Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA), who decides which substances may be carried, under what conditions, on which routes and whether the tanker must be cleaned between loads. All our drivers hold valid ADR certificates and attend regular training, and every shipment is covered by CMR insurance with specific ADR risk cover.

What documentation do you need for an ADR job?

For an ADR job Autodoprava Řehák needs the safety data sheet (SDS), the UN number and the ADR classification of the substance. We check the paperwork together with you and arrange the CMR consignment note plus the written instructions for the driver.

What is the difference between bulk and ADR transport?

At Autodoprava Řehák, bulk transport means carrying loose materials such as cement, lime or fly ash in silo tankers, while ADR transport is governed by the European ADR Agreement and requires specific certification — in our case mainly liquids in tankers of 30–34 m³.
