This policy describes how Autodoprava Řehák s.r.o. processes the personal data of visitors to www.autorehak.cz, in particular data submitted through the quote request form and the career form. We act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.
1. Who is the data controller

The controller decides why and how your personal data is processed and is responsible for keeping it secure. You can contact us with any question about the processing using the details above.
Data protection officer: the controller has not appointed a data protection officer. Under Article 37 of the GDPR it is not required to do so — it is not a public authority, and its core activities consist neither of regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects on a large scale nor of large-scale processing of special categories of personal data. All questions regarding the processing of personal data are handled at info@autorehak.cz.
2. What data we process
We process only the data you enter into a form yourself, plus the technical data required to run the website.

Filling in a form is voluntary. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk — without them the form cannot be submitted, because we would not be able to handle your enquiry or application.

You may withdraw the consent given in the career form at any time — simply write to info@autorehak.cz. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making with legal effects, nor for profiling for marketing purposes. We never sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who receives the data
Your data is accessible only to our staff handling the enquiry or application, and to the following processors:
- INTERNET CZ, a.s. (the Forpsi service) — provider of our web hosting and e-mail accounts. This website runs on their servers and messages sent from the forms are delivered and stored there.
- Google Ireland Limited — provider of the reCAPTCHA service we use to protect the forms against automated spam, and of the Google Fonts and Google Maps services (see section 7).
We may also disclose data to public authorities where required to do so by law.
Google Ireland Limited is established in the European Union. Within Google services, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the USA; Google uses standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for such transfers.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Once that period expires, we delete or anonymise it.
Specific retention periods:
- Enquiries and related correspondence — 3 years from the last communication, matching the general limitation period for claims.
- CVs and documents of unsuccessful applicants — 6 months from the end of the recruitment process. Longer retention is possible only with the applicant's separate consent.
If an enquiry results in a contractual relationship, we keep the data for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for the period laid down by law, in particular by accounting and tax legislation.
6. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, the GDPR gives you the following rights:
- Right of access — you may ask whether and which of your data we process and request a copy of it.
- Right to rectification — we will correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — we will delete the data once the reason for processing has ceased, or when you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies.
- Right to restriction of processing — we will merely store the data and stop working with it until your objection or a dispute about its accuracy is resolved.
- Right to data portability — we will hand over the data you provided in a machine-readable format, or transfer it to another controller.
- Right to object — you may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent — the consent given in the career form can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), www.uoou.cz.
How to exercise your rights
Write to us at info@autorehak.cz or to our registered office at Zámecká 294, 411 12 Čížkovice, Czech Republic. We will handle your request within one month of receiving it at the latest. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to verify your identity first.
7. Cookies, fonts and maps
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not measure traffic, display no advertising and do not track visitor behaviour. That is also why you will find no cookie banner here.
What is stored in your browser
- Language choice — when you switch language, the website saves a
rehak_lang entry in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It contains nothing but the language code and serves to remember your choice. It holds no personal data.
- reCAPTCHA — pages with forms load the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service, which detects automated submissions. It may store its own cookie (
_GRECAPTCHA) in your browser, required for that assessment. This is neither an analytics nor an advertising cookie. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Transfer of your IP address to Google servers
The website loads the following elements from Google infrastructure:
- Fonts — the Bebas Neue and Roboto typefaces are hosted on our own server (since September 2026 they are no longer loaded from Google Fonts), so displaying them involves no data transfer to Google.
- Google Maps — the map of our registered office embedded in the footer and on the Contact page.
- Google reCAPTCHA — form protection on the Contact and Careers pages.
When these elements load, your IP address and basic browser information are transferred to Google servers. This transfer happens even if you never submit a form. If you do not want it, you can block these elements with a browser extension — the website will keep working, only the typeface will change and the map will not load.
8. Effective date and changes
This policy is effective from 16 August 2026. Should the scope or manner of personal data processing change, we will update the document. The current version is always available at this address.
